No special licence is needed. Our machines are classified as “self-drive hire equipment” and can be operated by anyone confident using basic machinery. We provide a quick briefing and operating guide with every hire — ideal for DIYers and first-timers.
Machines are supplied full of diesel, and we ask that you return them full. If that's not possible, no problem — we can refill for you at a small fee. Fuel use is typically low for most backyard jobs.
Yes — delivery and pickup are available for $150 flat. We can drop the digger at your location and collect it once you're done. This is often easier than towing it yourself, especially if you're short on time or don't have a suitable vehicle.
Absolutely. Weekend bookings are available and popular. Pickup on Friday afternoon and return by Monday morning gives you two full days of use. Let us know your schedule and we’ll confirm availability.

Yes — the mini digger comes on a trailer suitable for most vehicles with a standard towbar. You’ll need a 4WD, ute, or vehicle rated to tow 2T. We’ll give you loading and securing instructions so you’re confident before leaving.
